Known Issues

answered by our secret field agent.
-
The 24 Clock widget has been tested with the default Android Home app.
=> If you use a custom Home app and the clock never updates in Home,
simply tap the widget once to have it learn your custom Home app!
=> If that doesn't do the trick, uncheck "Detect Home is Active"
in the global options.
-
Seconds may not appear to advance for the first 30 seconds as the
Home screen syncs with the clock. This feature saves battery by
stopping the clock when the Home screen is not visible.
=> Just tap the widget to sync.
-
Don't hear any chime or other sounds?
24 Clock auto-mutes itself during a call and also when
your devices is muted.
This is done on purpose to avoid any embarrassing chime surprises at school,
in meetings, at the movies, etc. If you asked your phone to be silent,
24 Clock respects that.
-
Pro tip: to control the sound volume, change the media volume
(not the ringer volume, so your phone can ring loud yet have
a faint chime.)
